How is my glassware packaged for shipping?
We use discreet, heavy-duty double-boxing and premium padding materials to ensure your glass arrives safely and privately. Every order is handled with extreme care by our shipping specialists.
What happens if my item arrives broken?
While rare, if your item is damaged during transit, please take photos of the package and the item immediately. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Where is Purr Glass manufactured?
All Purr Glass products are proudly designed and handcrafted by skilled artisans in our Southern California studio, ensuring the highest standards of quality and function.
How do I clean and maintain my glass?
To keep your glass in pristine condition, we recommend using a mixture of 91% isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt, or a dedicated glass cleaning solution. Rinse thoroughly with warm water after cleaning.
