At Purr Glass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original box with all protective padding to ensure the product arrives back to us safely and undamaged.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item and confirms its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
